Theory:

He believed that the employee’s personality impacts how they perceive, and working in a business environment. The employee’s with mature personalities tend to work harder, have more of an interest in their job, and overall have a positive experience in the workplace. The employee’s with immature personalities tend to not work as hard, lack interest in the job and have an overall negative experience. In order to achieve this mature personality Argyris believed one has to go through 7 main changers.
