The fourth change that needs to occur is our feelings and interests becoming more developed. Our feeling and emotions control many things but so do our interests. Argyris believed that when people were mature they tend to have more interest in their job because they take it seriously and it is what they want to do. When a manager is happy it impacts the way the employees perceive them. Also they need to be considerate of their employees feelings when approaching them.​ An item that will help this change and would motivate the employees such as creative activities. For example, if we had a graphic design company activate that could keep employees interested would to give them a certain amount of time to work on a pet project for the company i.e. create the company's new logo. This keeps them interested because if they win their hard work would be see by many people.
