The third change that needs to occur is going from behaving in a few ways to behaving in many ways. In other words, we behave more maturely when we are old than when we were children. Managers should be able to give their employees the opportunity to discuss with them their issues like a comment box. Giving them these opportunities will result in a happier workplace and relationships between other employees and their managers.
