The seventh and final change that needs to occur is when children lack awareness of “self”, but, as they become adults we are aware and able to control it. Children are unaware of their feelings and behaviors they act the way they feel like acting. Adults are able to control the way they react and feel, when put in certain situations. An item that can be used here is awards or certificates for doing something well. It reinforced that the employees are working hard making them feel better that someone recognizes that they are working hard. This would also help boost morale in the office.​​​
